Alberta has updated its building code through a Variance. The Variance can be downloaded at the Alberta government’s website, by clicking here.
Pressure Equipment
Section 65(4) of the Safety Codes Act provides for the adoption of a new code within 12 months following publication, unless a Minister's order is published. Since CSA B52 was published in December 2023, we will watch for an announcement from ABSA closer to this date.
