Don’t miss this opportunity to grow your business! HRAI’s Peer Exchange Program unites non-competing member contractors from across Canada into dynamic groups to assess one another’s business operations, sharing ideas, experiences and suggestions for improvement.

How it Works

HRAI’s Peer Exchange Program (PEP) groups approximately 6-12 HRAI member non-competing contractors, matched according to their business type, size, marketing orientation and other factors. These groups offer contractors an opportunity to work together and improve their bottom line through this contractor-to-contractor business mentoring program. Groups are self governing with some assistance from HRAI.
