Through the Association Education Alliance (AEA), HRAI offers wholesalers the opportunity to attend the University of Innovative Distribution (UID) at a discounted rate. This 4-day program, geared towards all levels of experience, takes place each year and features innovative speakers on a variety of business-related topics.

This is a voluntary program to provide credit managers of the HRAI Wholesalers Division member companies with resources that enable them to discuss credit and account issues with their contemporaries in the HVACR industry.
