Wholesaler Education Opportunity
In the Summer of 2021, HRAI approached its wholesaler membership to ask the question: what are some of the struggles staff at all levels of the Wholesaler business are experiencing? What can HRAI do to help reduce those struggles? We put this question to every single contact in our database who works for a wholesaler at any level of employment. We had an overwhelming response, resulting in setting up 6 brainstorming sessions to talk with wholesaler personnel about professional development, motivating staff, building a talented workforce, how to best serve the contractor, codes and standards issues, and more.
HRAI Staff brought these findings back to the HRAI Wholesaler Board. One of the key topics that stood out was the recruitment and talent retention topic. It is a hot subject in the market these days. To kick off the first of many initiatives that build on alleviating the struggles wholesalers are faced with, HRAI is able to offer, through AEA, a 6 part series on creative ways to elevate their talent focused activities for recruitment and retention.
It gets better, HRAI is subsidizing the 6-part series so that members can attend at no charge!

Webinar Format:
Each webinar will be 30 minutes with 15-20 minutes of content and 10-15 minutes for questions.
