HRAI is excited to announce that we are working with Mark Dancer to explore the future of distribution. Mark is an NAW Fellow and author of the influence newsletter, Mark Dancer on Innovating B2B. Mark works to help distributors master the art and science of innovation in the pursuit of big ideas and how to do them.
Our work with Mark centers on four webinars, conducted in 2023. These events will include interviews with innovation and business leaders, as well as panel discussions with members. Our goal is to help HRAI members develop foresight for the future, create a discussion and debate about the ideas that shape our opportunities and challenges, and importantly, take the actions now that can put ourselves towards a bright and bold future.
We are also designing a survey, one that we may field more than once next year. It’s more of a tool than a survey, intended to benchmark attitudes about opportunities for innovation and the steps we must all take today to own our future.
