Technical Safety BC New Fees, Effective January 1, 2022

Technical Safety BC will be increasing their fees as of January 1, 2022. On this date, the fees will increase by 3% across all technologies.
 
Technical Safety BC would like to thank all who had participated in their consultation on fee changes for 2021 – 2023. The pandemic has been challenging for many industries, and your feedback has helped Technical Safety BC ensure that this fee increase would be balanced, manageable, and fair.
 
As clients build towards a stronger and more resilient future, Technical Safety BC continue to support those who have been impacted by COVID-19 through various payment plan options. Depending on your situation, these options may include partial or deferred payments. Please contact TSBC with “Payment plans” in the subject line to learn more. 
 
Technical Safety BC operates using fees collected from our services to ensure safety oversight throughout British Columbia. This includes funding education opportunities and compliance and enforcement activities to uphold fairness for those participating in the safety system.
