Wholesaler members, we’re excited to invite you to mark March 16–19, 2026, on your calendars. The University of Innovative Distribution (UID) 2026, hosted by the Association Education Alliance (AEA) in cooperation with Purdue University, is the premier educational conference for wholesale distribution executives. 

Why Attend? 

UID offers four days packed with sessions tailored for CEOs, branch managers, sales leaders, HR professionals, and operations specialists. It’s designed specifically to address the challenges and opportunities facing the wholesale distribution sector. Participants will connect with peers and thought leaders from across North America while earning 30 CEUs (3 Purdue University credits) toward certification in Innovative Distribution.

Registration and Rates 
HRAI members get preferred rates through our membership in AEA. Registration opens this fall. Details about Super Early Bird, Early Bird, and Regular registration windows will be announced soon. Attendance is capped at 575 participants, so early registration is strongly encouraged. 

Accommodation 
The hotel room block and reservation portal will open this fall. Watch for communications to ensure you secure your room at the official conference rate.
