Release of the 2025 National Model Codes

 

We would like to inform to you that the 2025 editions of Canada’s National Model Codes are now available.

Released by the Canadian Board for Harmonized Construction Codes (CBHCC), the 2025 Codes mark an important milestone in advancing harmonized construction regulation across Canada, reflecting significant input from industry and the broader code community.

Accessing the 2025 Codes

  • Free electronic versions are available through the National Research Council of Canada’s Publications Archive.
  • Print copies can be purchased from the NRC Virtual Store.
  • A summary of key changes is available on the CBHCC website.

Additional communications highlighting the 2025 National Model Codes are expected early in the new year from the CBHCC. HRAI will continue to share relevant updates with members as they become available.
