Regulation of PFAS as a Class under CEPA

Canada intends to list PFAS (excluding fluoropolymers) as toxic substances under Schedule 1, Part 2 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA). This would allow broad pollution-prevention actions and future restrictions.
