This fall, HRAI welcomed Bitzer to its virtual stage for a two-part HVAC tech series. The first session, held in late October, saw Ed Carriel lead audiences through a deep dive into screw compressor technologies. In the second installment, Kim Adam, Regional Sales Manager, continued the technical exploration with insights on compressor pressure control settings, capacity control limits, and temperature limitations.

The advantages of artificial intelligence for HVAC operations continue to be a hot topic among HRAI webinar presenters. This past fall, Distro joined HRAI to deliver a two-part Q&A series exploring how AI can be applied to upgrade HVAC sales. The first session featured Jason Sullivan, Founder and CEO of Distro, in HVACR AI Sales Automation: How to Grow Revenues and Margins. This was followed by Alexis Sullivan, who explored the human side of AI investment in Adopting AI in HVACR: Change Leadership and Partner Selection.

The AI discussion continued into the snowy season with Nick D’Urbano, Co-Founder of Distance, who joined members to discuss how AI is reshaping the way businesses attract, convert, and retain customers.

November also saw the return of Krystal Hobbs, Owner and Strategist at Reflective Marketing. Krystal followed up her live HRAI 2025 AGM presentation with a session focused on how HVAC leaders can leverage Google Local Services Ads to generate reliable leads for their businesses. 

“I love connecting directly with members, hearing their challenges, and sharing what is actually working in the industry right now,” she told HRAI. “My hope is that each session leaves attendees with actionable ideas they can implement right away to grow their businesses and feel more confident in their marketing. If I can provide even one insight that helps someone grow their business, that’s a win.”
