I am a BCIN qualified and registered design firm with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Housing.  My firm specializes in residential and commercial building projects and provide services to builders, contractors, other designers, and homeowners.  I offer a wide range of services from building designs to working drawings, Building Code Consulting, Building Permit application facilitation and Committee of Adjustment Application and representation.  By adding the addition of HVAC design services and knowledge to clients allows for a fuller scope of services.
