New Alberta Prompt Payment Website to Support Contractors

As a proud member of the Alberta Trade Contractors Council (ATCC), HRAI fully supports ATCC’s ongoing commitment to promoting fair and timely payment practices throughout Alberta. The newly launched Prompt Pay Alberta website, developed by ATCC, offers a comprehensive resource hub for trade contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. This website provides essential information on the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act, practical guidance for navigating the payment process, and resources to help contractors understand their rights and responsibilities.
