Mike Mainolfi Receives Gearld Inch Award for Chapter Leadership

The Gearld Inch Award is given by the HRAI Contractors Division to recognize the special efforts of those volunteers who have been instrumental in keeping chapters viable and meaningful to members. 

This week at Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Chapter, HRAI presented long-time GTA Chapter Treasurer Mike Mainolfi, with the Gearld Inch Award for Chapter Leadership. While he has humbly avoided the spotlight over more than a decade of service to the GTA Chapter, Mike has been a steadfast and dedicated volunteer, whose financial management skills have helped to ensure the continued viability of HRAI’s largest chapter. Mike’s quiet but consistent and capable support represents a form of leadership that often goes unnoticed.  The GTA Chapter and HRAI’s Contractors Division are therefore proud to recognize Mike Mainolfi with this award. 

Originally announced at the HRAI Annual Meeting and Conference in September, it seemed only appropriate that the award be presented at a meeting of Mike’s home chapter.
