To keep members informed of our government relations work, HRAI will be hosting quarterly webinars to showcase the work our GR team is doing on behalf of the membership. These quarterly sessions will also be an opportunity for our GR team to engage with members and to get feedback on important issues that matter to the industry.
Join us on February 8th, 2022 at 12noon EST and get to know the faces of HRAI’s GR team working for you.
Special guest at this inaugural event will be Huw Williams, President of Impact Affairs (IPA). IPA has been working on HRAI’s behalf in Ottawa for several years. Huw will do a quick survey of the federal political landscape and will provide a sense of any implications for the HVACR Industry.
In addition, Martin Luymes, HRAI’s VP of Government & Stakeholder Relations will provide a summary of HRAI’s top priorities in Ottawa this year, and the team will discuss some of its recent engagement with municipalities across the country on local climate action plans.
