HRAI Members Genuine Comfort
HRAI Members Genuine Comfort were excited to welcome customers and clients to their Markham, Ontario headquarters on April 9th for their Spring 2026 Product Launch.
The event was a fun opportunity for Genuine Comfort staff to lead clients through live product demos giving hands-on access to new units, and the chance for questions and answers with their product team.
New products that were showcased at the event included Packaged Terminal Air Conditioning (PTAC) units with electrical heat and heat pump configurations. Other new products boast new approaches for fresh outdoor air intake to improve ventilation and indoor air quality. Like products seen across the HVACR industry, PTACs using low GWP refrigerants are also available.

In November 2025, Genuine Comfort announced the acquisition of RoomOne Solutions, significantly expanding the company’s operational footprint and market reach across the United States.
