HRAI Continued GR Support for New Brunswick & Newfoundland
On February 18th, 2022, the provinces of New Brunswick and Newfoundland opened their pre-budget consultations for the 2022-2023 provincial budget. As part of the consultation, input was solicited on ideas for solutions to address challenges in areas like the economy.
On behalf of its members in New Brunswick and Newfoundland, HRAI Canada provided a submission for review and consideration by the provincial government. Recommendations were made that addressed four key areas:
- building retrofit
- indoor air quality
- workforce development
- enforcement of trade certification
