HRAI Announces the Appointment of Lynn Leger as a Director on the RMC Board
We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Lynn Leger as the newest Director on the Refrigerant Management Canada (RMC) board. Lynn brings a wealth of experience and expertise in strategic marketing, making her an invaluable addition to our Board.
Currently serving as Manager Strategic Marketing with Messer Canada, located in Mississauga, ON, Lynn is responsible for overseeing seven market segment portfolios, including refrigerants. Her extensive background in business, sales, marketing, and technical management roles within the chemical industry - with companies such as Win Chemicals, Alcereco, GreenCentre Canada, and Dupont - makes her uniquely qualified for this position.
One of Lynn's notable achievements is being named an inventor on several patents. This demonstrates her innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities within her field. Furthermore, she has consistently delivered real customer value across multiple industries worldwide by working with diverse teams consisting of talented individuals.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Lynn (via Messer Canada) is an existing HRAI manufacturer member and has previously served on non-profit boards. These experiences have further honed her leadership skills and allowed her to contribute meaningfully to various organizations.
