HRAI’s Online Contractor Locator and Call Centre: Serving Contractor Members
HRAI’s Online Contractor Locator is designed to help homeowners, as well as building owners and managers connect with a contractor to purchase, install or service residential or commercial HVACR equipment. The Contractor Locator is the backbone of HRAI’s Call Centre, where individuals who do not wish to go online can find a contractor by calling in.
Being listed and referred via the Contractor Locator and Call Centre is benefit of membership in HRAI’s Contractors Division. It assists members in gaining new customers and succeeding in business. HRAI is able to offer this benefit because its contractor members, when applying for membership, demonstrate that they comply with the relevant trade licensing regulations that govern their business activity within the jurisdictions in which they conduct their business. Verification of qualifications can be done voluntarily by a member at any time or during HRAI’s triennial due diligence process.
Members can update some of their information online by logging into their account at www.hrai.ca but for adding or subtracting the types of services they offer, they should contact HRAI directly.
