HRAI is equal parts proud and thrilled to announce exciting new investments that will strengthen member engagement, expand industry opportunities, and support the continued growth of Canada’s HVACR sector.
As part of this next phase of growth, HRAI is welcoming Bianca Kennedy as Director of Events, building on her outstanding success leading HRAI’s events strategy over the past three years. At the same time, Scott Papp will lead HRAI’s new integrated sales and growth strategy, focused on expanding membership, sponsorship, education, and workforce development opportunities across Canada.
Together, these investments represent far more than organizational growth; they are investments in HRAI’s members and in the future of the HVACR industry itself. Revenue generated through expanded events, education, sponsorship, and membership initiatives will be reinvested directly into stronger advocacy, enhanced member services, workforce development, and industry leadership.
This is an incredibly exciting time for HRAI and for our industry! Everything we are building is being done with the support of, and for the benefit of, our amazing members. Together, we are
