Help Your Technicians Stay Ahead with Subsidized Training
Starting September, Colleges across Ontario are offering HRAI’s Residential Heat Pump Proficiency training. The program is designed to such that technicians can continue to work and earn income while completing the training.
Technicians will learn:
- Installation techniques that can be applied to both ductless and whole house applications
- Electrical and control wiring that is essential in understanding how heat-pumps operate
- Tools and techniques that will make your service and installation procedures easier, and save time when performing maintenance and troubleshooting calls
- The importance of proper commissioning to eliminate future issues
- And more!
It is eight weeks of on-line, flexible instruction (approximately 4 hours each week) and hands-on, practical labs learning (6 hours each week).
