A: Our advocacy priorities are directly shaped by member input through multiple channels. Our local and provincial chapters provide critical input that directs our efforts toward the most pressing local and national issues facing the HVACR industry. We carefully analyze direct feedback from member calls and emails to identify emerging concerns.

Our team conducts thorough analysis of industry impact data to understand where our efforts will have the greatest benefit. We also maintain flexibility to address emergency issues raised by members as they arise.
