Are you passionate about the future of the HVACR industry and eager to contribute your expertise to its development? Here is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference! The Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) is actively seeking dedicated volunteers to join its Skills Committees.
There are currently two Skills Committees, one for our Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Competitions and one for our Heating Systems Competitions. These competitions are geared towards the youth aspiring to be HVACR professionals. Both Committees organize these competitions at the Skills Ontario show each May and at CMPX biennially in March. The volunteers meet monthly to play a crucial role in shaping the skills landscape and fostering excellence within the industry.
Not quite ready for the commitment of a Committee position? You can still help! The Committees are also seeking other expert volunteers to work the day(s) of the competitions as judges, so you can still assist that way.
Join us in shaping the future of HVACR skills development and fostering a skilled workforce ready to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. Your dedication and expertise can drive the industry towards greater success and sustainability.
