Ecopilot is an AI software company that interfaces directly with an existing building automated system. Ecopilot calculates new temperature set points for HVAC equipment via the existing BAS. Unlike traditional outside air temperature resets, which are static, the Ecopilot algorithm is dynamic. being optimized every 2 minutes to include the thermodynamic properties of the building, measuring the internal temperature of the building to factor the internal load of the building into calculations, and five-day weather forecasting. Each one of these dynamic elements contributes to using the building as a battery where Ecopilot measures the amount of time it takes for free energy to move in and out of different spaces of the building, thus reducing energy waste, and therefore reducing Ecopilot customers gas and electrical consumption. 

The purpose of joining an association like HRAI is to build and develop long lasting relationships for the opportunity to establish potential channel partnerships and explore various synergies that these respective companies have. I am primarily focused on meeting HVAC contractors as well as anyone involved in energy audits and consulting.
