The City of Vancouver, as part of their overall efforts to combat climate change, has updated requirements for 1-3 storey residential buildings in order to improve efficiency and reduce emissions for new low-rise homes. These updates are included for VBBL 2022 and will be effective for permits starting January 1, 2022.
This webinar will focus on the significant updates to VBBL 2022 for Part 9 buildings (1-3 storey residential) as well as a discussion on compliance and additional resources.
