Capital Service is a full-service HVAC / mechanical company located in Ottawa. I have been in the HVAC / mechanical industry for over 40 years.  I specialize in commercial dry cleaning and laundry equipment. This type of work has a very wide scope- including refrigeration/ pneumatic and electrical controls. I am very experienced in all types of boilers - from high and low pressure steam systems to residential hydronic systems. I also handle quite a few properties management companies’ buildings portfolios. Other industries I deal with are Coffee roasting companies/microbreweries and restaurants. Residential HVAC is a big part of my business. From furnace/ AC repair and installations to in floor heating systems.
