Attention Alberta Members: Survey on the Effectiveness of PPCLA in Alberta

HRAI is a proud member of the ATCC which was formed January 1, 2014 by ten provincial trade contractor associations. The ATCC addresses trade contractor issues on behalf of thousands of independent Alberta business owners and their employees. 

With the first anniversary of the enactment of Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act (PPCLA) in Alberta, the ATCC is asking for its stakeholder members to participate in a survey with respect to its effectiveness.    

HRAI is requesting that all members that wish to participate please take a few minutes to take part in the survey as all responses will be kept strictly confidential and will assist the ATCC in formulating a message to Service Alberta with respect to the effectiveness of the legislation and how improvements can be made.
