What you will learn
This 3-day course is based on (applicable) Canadian Building Codes and the CSA F-326 Standard ‘Residential Mechanical Ventilation Requirements’. HRAI requires that participant have successfully completed Mechanical Ventilation Level 1: Installation course. Level 2 focuses on the actual design of the ventilation system including duct design methods. Instructors will cover detailed design methods for depressurization prediction (design), depressurization testing, duct design (ventilation systems), and outdoor air connections to forced warm air systems.
Graduates of this course will obtain a detailed overview of the ventilation requirements for designing and installing ventilation equipment as noted in the National Building Code and CSA F-326.
