Cancellation Policy
- Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellation is received by HRAI at least 30 days prior to the training date.
- Cancellations received 15 to 29 days prior to the training date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
- Registrants who do not attend the training or who cancel less than 15 days prior to the training date are liable for the entire registration fee.
- A substitute registrant may be enrolled at any time by contacting us at training@hrai.ca, or by phone at 1 800 267 2231 ext 230.
Exam Policy
- Participants will be provided with two exam attempts at no additional charge.
- A third and final exam attempt will be available for a fee of $150.
- No further exam attempts will be permitted after the third attempt. If unsuccessful, a full course retake will be required and will be offered at 50% of the full course price.
- Exam reviews are intended for learners who are within 5% of the passing grade.
- Scores significantly below the passing grade indicate substantial gaps in understanding, and learners are encouraged to revisit the course materials.
- Requests for instructor time outside of scheduled sessions may be subject to additional charges.
Recording and Intellectual Property Policy
