HRAI Contractors Mission & Vision
The mission of the Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada’s (HRAI) contractors division is to assist and enable its members to meet or exceed their customers' expectations by:
- providing the highest quality programs and services;
- providing timely and useful information;
- setting and maintaining standards of excellence for the HVACR contractor;
- representing the interests of contractors to government as well as other sectors of the HVACR industry;
- representing the interests of contractors within HRAI; and
- expanding the HRAI Contractors Division membership base and sphere of influence.
